COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
We may collect information that is voluntarily provided by users of the Site, such as when placing an order on the Site, establishing an account, contacting us with a question or comment, or signing up to receive emails about our latest products and services. In addition, we may from time to time conduct surveys on the Site where users can voluntarily participate and provide information. We may maintain a record of your purchases or the types of products that appeal to you.
INFORMATION THAT WE AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT
We, along with our third-party service partners may automatically collect information about you when you use the Site to help us measure and determine how visitors use the Site and the effectiveness of the Site in order to help us improve and optimize the Site and the products and services we offer. The information automatically collected about you may include, but is not limited to, device ID, device type, browser type and version, geo-location information, computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the Site, ad data, IP address, referring website address, and standard web log information.
In addition, if you access the Site through a mobile device, we may also be able to identify the location of your mobile device. You may choose not to share your location details with us by adjusting your mobile device's location services settings. SHARING INFORMATION COLLECTED ONLINE WITH THIRD PARTIES
In addition, we may share or transfer information about you to unrelated third parties: if required to do so by law or to comply with a legal requirement, judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process; to investigate a possible crime, such as fraud or identity theft; or when we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Miller Partners LLC or other persons.
We may use certain aggregate information for research or marketing purposes and may share, trade or publish that aggregate information and statistical data derived from such information with our parent, affiliates or third parties for research or marketing purposes. We do not use aggregate information to identify a particular user.
The security of your personal information is important to us and Taylor Made Maps, Inc is committed to handling such information carefully. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your personal information. We use secure socket layer ("SSL") technology to protect the security of your credit card information and we encrypt this information when it is sent over the Internet. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
SITE NOT DIRECTED TO CHILDREN
In the event that Taylor Made Maps, Inc is acquired (whether by sale of assets or ownership interests) by or merged with a third-party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information we have collected from visitors to our Site as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we may transfer your data to a successor or to a third-party that purchases our assets arising from such circumstances.
You may elect not to receive promotional communications from us in connection with the Site. If you have established an account or signed up for our email list, you will have an opportunity to opt-out of receiving marketing or promotional emails or other such communications from us by clicking on the Manage My Subscription link at the bottom of the email. Please note that removal of user information from our database or "opting-out" will not stop marketing or advertising content that is generated for distribution or is otherwise queued for transmission to you prior to the time when we can implement your request. Following receipt of a request from you, we will take reasonable steps to delete your information.
If you establish an account, you may receive certain types of communications even if you have not opted-in to receive them because these types of communications may be necessary in order to maintain an account on the Site.
USER REQUESTS AND CORRECTIONS OF OR QUESTIONS RELATING TO USER INFORMATION
If you have a request or question relating to such information, including use by our affiliates for direct marketing purposes, you can email us. Following receipt of a request from you, we will take reasonable steps to update or correct your information.
Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code permits California residents to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information about the types of personal information the business has shared with third-parties for those third-parties' direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of the third-parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident, you may make one request each year.

Our domestic shipping rates are as follows:*
- $45 per medium frame
- $90 per large frame
Please contact us in advance for international shipping rates.
For an additional shipping charge, we can expedite your delivery. Please include the target delivery date in the comment section while you are checking out. We do not mark up additional shipping charges, we will send you an email with the additional shipping total, and you will then have the ability to select that option, or go with standard shipping. All shipping dates are based on the availability of material.
Please note, customers who provide us with incorrect shipping information, and whose merchandise is returned as "undeliverable", must pay a re-shipping charge if the item is returned to us and you ask that it be re-shipped to you.
*Due to shipping surcharges by our carriers, orders to Alaska or Hawaii will have a pass-thru shipping surcharge on all orders. Post order, we will determine the shipping surcharge and email the surcharge invoice to you. Upon completed payment of surcharge, your order will be shipped.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
For In-Stock map purchases, you may return the item(s) in its original packaging to us within 30-days of receipt for a full refund, LESS a Twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. Custom made items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
We will not be responsible for returns after the 30-day period.
Damaged/Defective items must be reported to us within seven (7) days of receipt. We will not be liable for defective items NOT reported to us within the seven (7) days of receipt. If items are determined to be defective, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or are damaged/defective.
You should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
